From there, I guide you through each step. For sellers, I help you price your home, prepare it, market it, and handle inquiries and offers. For buyers, I help you find good options, set up viewings, and submit offers when you are ready.
I also handle the back and forth with the other party, help with paperwork, and keep everything on track until the deal is closed.
You want someone who knows the area well and can give honest advice. Good communication is also important. You should not feel like you are chasing your agent for updates.
Look for someone who listens to what you actually want, not just someone trying to close a deal quickly. Experience matters, but so does how comfortable you feel working with them.
